Florian Maritz (*1996) lebt im Kanton Uri und reist für seine zweite Solo-Ausstellung Anfangs Oktober nach Biel, ins espace libre.

Maritz Werk berührt für seine starke skulpturale Ausstrahlungskraft, wie auch für den ironischen und gesellschaftskritischen spürbaren Humor.

„La vie est beautiful“ ist eine plastische und malerische Auseinandersetzung mit dem heutigen Schönheitsideal, mit der Gesellschaft und ihrer Beziehung zum Körper, zur Schönheit und zu Beautyprodukten.

Wir laden herzlich zur Vernissage am Mittwoch, den 6. Oktober ab 19 Uhr ein.

Florian Maritz (*1996) vit dans le canton d’Uri et se rend début octobre à l'espace libre, Bienne, pour sa deuxième exposition personnelle.

L'œuvre de Maritz touche par son fort charisme sculptural, ainsi que par son humour ironique et sociocritique palpable.

"La vie est belle" est une confrontation sculpturale et picturale de l'idéal de beauté d'aujourd'hui, de la société et de son rapport au corps, à la beauté et aux produits de beauté.

Florian Maritz (* 1996) is an artist living and working in the canton of Uri. At the beginning of October, espace libre hosts his second solo exhibition.

Maritz's work touches with its strong sculptural charisma, as well as its palpable ironic and socio-critical humour.

"La vie est beautiful" is a sculptural and pictorial confrontation of contemporary ideals of beauty, of societal constructions and relationships to the body, to the beauty industry and its products.
