Steinchen ist eine raumgreifenden Installation aus Teilen einer verlassenen Gärtnerei, dem verwitterten Modell einer Skizze eines modernistischen Museumsbaus, einer kleinformatigen Malerei und einer Nussschale. Mikroskopische Aufnahmen, welche der Komponist und Klangkünstler Ludwig Berger im Sommer 2022 gemacht hat, verhandeln als Raumton die Höhrbarmachung des Prozesses der Photosynthese von Utricularia, einer Wasserpflanze, welche im Marais des Pontin bei St.Imier wohnt.

Parallel zur Ausstellung „Steinchen“ von Jan van Oordt und Ludwig Berger finden Produktionstage für Zeichnungen für die Sammlung Drawings for la Dépendance in den Räumen der Vermittlung des Pasquart statt. Die Sammlung ist ein analoges Crowdfunding Projekt um den Kauf des Hauses welches die Künstler*innenresidenz La Dépendance in St.Imier beherbergt zu finanzieren. Ziel ist es 35 000 Arbeiten auf Papier im Format A6 zu sammeln, was dem Preis des Hauses entspricht. Anschliessend werden die Werke in Ausstellungen gezeigt und verkauft. Jede Zeichnung kostet 1.- Die Sammlung beinhaltet aktuell 17938 Werke.

Malmittel und Papier, Getränke, Musik und Snacks sind vorhanden.

Steinchen est une installation spatiale réalisée à partir de pièces d'une pépinière abandonnée, le modèle patiné d'un croquis d'un bâtiment du musée moderniste, une peinture de petit format et une coquille de noix.

Des enregistrements microscopiques réalisés par le compositeur et artiste sonore Ludwig Berger à l'été 2022 négocient le son spatial audible du processus de photosynthèse d'Utricularia, une plante aquatique qui vit dans le Marais des Pontin près de St.Imier.

Parallèlement à l‘exposition „Steinchen“ de Jan van Oordt et Ludwig Berger, des journées de production de dessins pour la collection Dessins pour la Dépendance se déroulent dans les salles de médiation du Pasquart. La collection est un projet de crowdfunding analogique pour financer l‘achat de la maison qui abrite la résidence d‘artistes La Dépendance. L‘objectif est de rassembler 35 000 œuvres sur papier au format A6, ce qui correspond au prix de la maison. Les œuvres sont ensuite présentées dans des expositions et vendues. Chaque dessin coûte 1.-. La collection contient actuellement 17 938 œuvres. Du matériel de dessin et du papier, des boissons, de la musique et des collations sont disponibles.

Steinchen is an expansive installation made from parts of an abandoned plant nursery, the weathered model of a sketch of a modernist museum building, small-format painting and a nutshell. Microscopic recordings made by the composer and sound artist Ludwig Berger in the summer of 2022 negotiate the audible spatial sound of the process of photosynthesis of Utricularia, an aquatic plant that lives in the Marais des Pontin near St.Imier.

Parallel to the exhibition "Steinchen" by Jan van Oordt and Ludwig Berger, production days for drawings for the Drawings for la Dépendance collection are taking place in the Pasquart's mediation rooms. The collection is an analogue crowdfunding project to finance the purchase of the house that houses the artist residency La Dépendance. The aim is to collect 35,000 works on paper in A6 format, which corresponds to the price of the house. The works are then shown in exhibitions and sold. Each drawing costs 1.- The collection currently contains 17938 works. Painting materials and paper, drinks, music and snacks are available.
